The membership rules is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of the relationship between Zing World and you. By registering to become a member or by accessing the solution, you accept and agree to be bound by these rules (terms and conditions), the benefit rules as well as any policies and notices published on our website.
We reserve the right to amend these rules and to introduce additional terms at any time. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement. Continued access or use of the benefits offered by us after such changes are made, shall constitute your consent thereto.
The terms of this agreement shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Mauritius.
The Zing World Membership Programme is owned and controlled by Zing World Limited, a Mauritian company registered in Mauritius under registration number 142991 (“Zing World”, “Zing”, “us” or “we”). We facilitate the exchange of value between members and between members and business partners of Zing World using Digital Cash products sold by Zing World as the medium of exchange. Digital Cash may, for example, include Digital Dollars (D$), Digital Pounds (D£) and other digital representations of currency. The value of each Digital product is backed 100% by the equivalent fiat currency held on deposit in a bank account that is independently managed and controlled by professional custodians in accordance with the Member and Benefit Rules. The value of 1 Digital Dollar is therefore be equal to 1 US Dollar.
Unlike physical products that are subject to wear and tear, subject to loss and are costly to store and move, Digital Cash is borderless and is not prone to wear and tear or loss thus retaining its representative value indefinitely. Members holding Digital Cash products will benefit when their local currency devalues against the Digital Cash product held. In addition, Digital Cash is used as an alternative mode of payment to cash and bank cards and can be used to acquire other products and services from Zing World participating Payment Facilitators and business partners. Digital Cash is therefore a product with a common measure of value used in the exchange of products and services.
Zing World plays a limited role of Selling Digital Cash products to members and managing them on behalf of members in accordance with the Member and Benefit Rules.
These rules govern the relationship between Zing World (us) and the Member (you).

To be a member of Zing World, you must be 18 years or older and must have a mobile phone number that will be used as your membership number.
You are solely responsible to ensure that you comply with any and all local laws and requirements and or restrictions that may be applicable to you in your territory.
Members are entitled to access the Benefits offered by the Programme as detailed in the Benefit Rules including, but not limited to:
You can start accessing the benefits from the activation date of your membership. This membership date is reflected on your membership profile. The activation date is the date on which you completed your membership registration.
Members may not use Digital Cash as security for any debt. Digital Cash may only be exchanged for goods and services offered by registered Payment Facilitators and in limited circumstances we will refund you for unwanted goods subject to our refund policy.
The Programme is designed to facilitate value transfers between members and between members and Zing World Business Partners using digital cash as common measure of value. Your membership and benefits may be terminated if we find that you acted dishonestly or fraudulently in your engagement with the Zing World Membership Programme.
You are encouraged to report any fraudulent or misuse of benefits by contacting Zing World on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your membership ends or your membership is terminated for any reason:
To cancel a membership you must give 30 calendar days’ notice in order for us to process any refund that may be due to you.
There are no joining fees or monthly fees payable by members. Fees that may be applicable to benefits will be quoted and only be charged on acceptance by members. The fees that are applicable are:
You have no legal relationship with Zing other than being bound by these rules and, when entitled to do so, receiving any Benefits you may be entitled to.
Zing’s total liability shall be limited to the value of the Digital Cash held in your account less applicable fees. Under no circumstances, including as a result of its negligent acts or omissions or those of its staff, servicers, agents, contractors, partners or other persons for whom in law it may be liable, will Zing be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any nature which you may sustain as a result of engagement in the Zing World Membership Programme. By agreeing to these rules you indemnify Zing accordingly.
The Programme and underlying technology and processors have been designed and implemented to ensure that you have uninterrupted access to the programme but Zing cannot guarantee the availability, accessibility, accuracy, or proper functioning of the Programme or those benefits offered by Zing World Business Partners nor that it will function error-free.
It is possible that submissions may not be successfully processed or executed because of errors or failures, whether caused by you, Zing or other factors related to our business partners or other third-party providers. Zing is not responsible for any unauthorised human or technical intervention nor is liable or otherwise responsible for any transaction that is not properly processed, executed, saved or transmitted, regardless of the cause of the problem.
No warranty is made that Zing’s or Zing’s business partners’ software’s functionality or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In the event of any conflict between the applicable software and the rules relating to any Benefit to which the software pertains, the rules governing such Benefit shall prevail.
Your privacy is very important to us and we will ensure that any information, including Personal Information, provided by, or collected from you, is stored in a secure manner. When you engage with us, you trust us with personal information about yourself.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. It is voluntary to accept these terms and conditions. However, we require your acceptance of our minimum membership requirements, being a mobile phone number to activate and service your membership.
This means that if you do not accept, we cannot activate and service your membership.

|Digital Cash||Refers to Digital products that have a value linked to a stipulated fiat currency such as Digital Dollars where 1 Digital Dollar has a value of 1 US Dollar|
|Member||The person contracting with Zing World and bound by these Rules.|
|Member activation date||The date when a member joins the Zing World Membership Programme.|
|Member Rules||Refers to the rules that are set out in this document.|
|Programme||Refers to the Zing World Membership Programme.|
|Zing World Membership Programme||Refers to the Membership Programme administered by Zing World Limited.|
